I’m Martin and I’ve been with SCG for 17 years. I have a passion for all things tech, and I help my customers to understand it in their language.
One thing I have learnt is that regardless of the technology being implemented, or the sector I am dealing with, getting the right solution in place needs to align with both the organisations goals and also the end user experience, whether that be staff or customers. This is not always an easy task to achieve, but by taking the time to ask the right questions and talk the customer through all the scenarios they may face, I can help guide them to the right solution.
