The Problem
Wiltshire Farm Foods were going through a digital transformation project, moving their driver network from a paper-based signature delivery process, to a digital signature process, dramatically reducing the adminstration time and improving reporting functionality on deliveries.
As a franchise organisation, Wiltshire Farm Foods needed to secure a ‘group’ deal using the economies of scale of the franchisor group, that each individual franchise could benefit from as its own trading identity.
Halfway through the contract, Wiltshire Farm Foods consolidated their franchise network under the head office banner.
The Solution
We were able to secure a competitive price point for the 500 mobiles required including SIM, handset, driver cradle and USB charging bullet, and then reach out to each of the franchises and arrange the contract and delivery of the phones as an indivudal company.
We then handled the migration of each of the individual franchise accounts onto the main head office account, arranging the billing and reporting structure to allow them to keep track of each individual depot on their reporting.
