The Problem
Fitshop rely on high-speed and reliable internet for their tills and also demonstrating the video streaming features of their workout machines. Legacy broadband connections from multiple providers were now allowing them to showcase their equipment to its potential and the city centre locations of their stores meant FTTP was not widely available. Uptime and speed on the connectivity was paramount to their stores being able to generate sales.
The Solution
We were able to utilise several carriers to bring ethernet fibre services into all stores dramatically increasing the bandwdith avaialble and reliability of the service. A 4G backup service was deployed at all stores to ensure they could still operate their tills in the rare event a leased line had an outage.
Over the past two years, SCG have been instrumental in improving our fibre broadband and cellular services. Their expertise has ensured our network is reliable and efficient.
