 Aberlour has over 30 locations across Scotland with fixed-line and broadband services, plus 250 mobiles. Due to Aberlour growing over the years and adding more sites, telecoms services ended up with various suppliers, meaning that telecoms/connectivity services were not simple to manage. 

The Solution

 SCG reviewed all of Aberlour’s current lines and future requirements for leased lines, FTTC, VoIP, BT lines and O2 mobiles. 

Aberlour now benefits from:

Services from multiple wholesale suppliers (BT, TalkTalk Business, 2 VoIP suppliers, O2, Vodafone) all on 1 invoice from SCG

1 point of contact for all services, with a named account manager

Cost centre billing (as each site has a different cost code)
