‘Together’ transferred their mobile phone estate (450 mobiles) to SCG in December 2017, which brought the following benefits:

  • Improved customer support
  • Simpler billing
  • Cost reduction of over 30%

In August 2019, Together renewed their mobile phone contract with SCG for another 24 months after being pleased with the support/assistance provided by SCG. Together and SCG are now working to identify cost savings across other areas of telephony and internet connectivity – in an effort to consolidate from 6 suppliers to 1.

SCG have also been able to provide a WiFi solution across 20 locations for Together for Mental Wellbeing. The project involved:

Fully managed/supported service

Initial consultation to discuss options

Engineers carrying out site surveys

Written reports to outline the current state of cabling, the recommended number/type of WiFi Access Points, plus any other equipment needed

Meetings to decide on the best solution for each location

Installation of equipment

Billing arranged to suit Together’s needs

Weekly online meetings throughout the project to update on progress, to confirm installation dates, to discuss questions

Providing Together with access to a customer portal where they can view the status of the WiFi connections across their locations
