I’ve been with SCG since February 2020. Originally from Australia, I work with businesses across a range of sectors, helping them find communications and technology solutions that are reliable, secure, and easy to use.

A large part of my role is supporting the funeral sector, where being available when families need you most is absolutely critical. I work closely with funeral directors to build resilient telephony and communications solutions that help ensure no important calls are missed, businesses remain reachable 24/7, and sensitive data is properly protected.

I also specialise in working with franchise networks, helping organisations streamline communications across multiple locations while ensuring they maintain consistent standards and strong cyber security practices. Whether I’m working with a single site or a national network, my focus is always on understanding the needs of the business and delivering solutions that support both their team and their customers.

What I enjoy most about working at SCG is building long-term relationships with customers and helping them navigate technology in a way that feels straightforward and practical. No two businesses are the same, which is what makes every day interesting.
