William Purves had several providers and were on legacy telephone services across all their sites.

The Solution

We were able to consolidate their providers onto a single invoice with a single point of contact, and implement a VoIP solution to future-proof their sites as well as providing a joined up solution across all their offices.

The company has been with SCG for over 5 years now and in the 3 years I have been IT Manager for William Purves Ltd Kyle our account manager has been nothing but helpful, always on hand with useful advice and a solution to any issues. 

Whenever we have any issues, they are always resolved in a timely manner even out of hours, recently we had an issue with one of our main on-call numbers and Kyle was able to fix it over the weekend for us. This high level of customer service is essential for us to be able to delivery our 24/7 service to our clients without fail.
