Soderberg are a Scandinavian bakery, passionate about sourdough bread and traditional Swedish baking.
With 7 coffee shops in Edinburgh and 2 in London open all day for coffee, buns, cake and a wide selection of breakfast, brunch and lunch options including filled sourdough baguettes, toasties and open sandwiches.
The Problem
Soderberg had legacy copper services and were needing to prepare their business for the copper switch off, as well as handle the move from phone line based card terminals to online terminals.
The Solution
We helped to consolidate their contracts into an easy to understand bill, split into the cost centres they required. we rolled out fibre to all sites where it was available to provide a more reliable experience, and prepared them for the copper switch off by moving their phones to VoIP and removing any legacy copper services.
Martin is an exceptional communicator, and one thing we love about him is that he prioritises face to face meetings.
