Problem
An initial introduction to YourGB was to implement a cost saving on their existing O2 contract. Subsequently we have also taken over management of their phones, broadband and internal network.
The Solution
YourGB now have much better visibility of their mobile devices to ensure they are always up to date with the latest software, and with a much better understanding of their network infrastructure are able to better manage their experience and network performance.
I find the team at SCG are always keen to help with our understanding of systems and admin and have always made things clear quickly. Aniqa and Martin especially, are absolutely brilliant and we feel really supported by both of them.
